Yes, we provide professional mounting services. Simply provide your boot sole length (in mm) and preferred stance during checkout, and our certified technicians will set them up for you.
What is your return policy for ski equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that skis that have been custom-drilled for binding mounting cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take for oversized items?
Standard shipping for skis typically takes 3-5 business days. We use specialized couriers to ensure your gear arrives safely and is handled with care.
Do the skis come pre-waxed and tuned?
All skis arrive with a factory wax and edge tune. However, for peak performance in specific temperature ranges, we recommend a professional hot wax before your first day on the slopes.
