We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that mounted skis are considered custom products and are ineligible for return unless a manufacturer defect is present.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage to the ski bases or edges.

  • 3.
    Ship the Gear

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the equipment is in new, unmounted condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
